Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Performance Systems
• Nutrition Blueprints
• Recovery Protocols
• Longevity Resources
• Trackers and Templates
• Digital Downloads
• Educational Content
Once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
Memberships
Memberships may be canceled at any time.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to membership benefits through the end of your current billing cycle. Future charges will not occur after cancellation.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
Coaching Services
Coaching services require dedicated time, planning, and preparation.
Refund requests for coaching services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once coaching services have begun, refunds are generally not available.
If you have questions regarding coaching services, please contact us before purchasing.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Technical support requests do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to review refund requests on an individual basis when exceptional circumstances exist.
Approval of any refund request is at the sole discretion of INFINEX.
